Helena | ORIGYM Ambassador

Helena has a BSC (Hons) in Biomedical sciences from the University of Manchester. Helena loves rowing, crossfit and espescially powerlifting to which has led her to becoming a hihgly estblished strength coach. Helena has been working in Freiburg, Germany pursuing her career in biotechnology, but has just brelocated back to the UK in order to compete for team GB in the IPF.
