Magda is the founder of Bodyshock Fitness and Nutrition and a Certified Personal Trainer and Advanced Nutrition Specialist. Magda is both a CIMSPA and REPs recognised trainer who's extensive portfolio of qualifications ranges from pilates, zumba and yoga through to mixed martial arts and sports psychology to name just a few.
