Before Origym, Kate was a professional dancer for 20 years. During that time, she trained in Barre in 2013 and fell in love with the teaching aspect of it. It was this desire to teach which led her to switch the dance studio for the fitness studio, completing her fitness qualifications in gym instruction, personal training, and teaching yoga.
I find teaching extremely rewarding! I love being able to share my knowledge and passion with students, not only regarding yoga but all things fitness and health related.

Our practical workshops take place in Anytime Fitness on Harborne Court which is less than 15 minutes walk from Five Ways train station. It’s opposite Norfolk House Nursery on Edgbaston Village Walk.
There are no prerequisites for the Level 3 Yoga Diploma but to complete our more advanced Level 4 Yoga Teacher Training course in Birmingham you’ll have to complete our Level 3 first.
If you haven’t completed your Level 3 yet you can combine both training courses in a bundle, saving on both.
There’s at least one workshop a month for our Birmingham yoga courses to ensure you can go at your own pace and book sessions alongside other commitments.
Each yoga teacher course in Birmingham is assessed with a combination of theory, open-book exams and coursework done online as well as a practical component at the end. You’ll plan and deliver a yoga class that’s paced and uses a mixture of standing and seated postures.
